Returns & exchanges
I do accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
I do not accept returns or exchanges.  
Contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We ensure the packaging of each product is secure; however, during transport, damage can occur. Refunds may be granted on products that are proven to be damaged or destroyed during shipping.

*Please email me at butterskinsoaps@yahoo.com with detailed pictures of the damaged product within three days of receiving.

*Please send me the UNUSED product(s) back. Once received, a full refund will be issued, or you may receive a product ( same product that was damaged) replacement.
The customer will then receive the credit, the timing depending on your card issuer's policies.
*Initial shipping fees are not included in a refund unless the product was received damaged/destroyed during transit. Usually, the PO will label the box as damaged or repackage the box.
Be sure to check that the shipping address is correct.

Refund or reship will not be granted if any items not received if the package is shipped to an incorrect PayPal address that you have provided.

If the package is returned to us, an invoice to pay for the reshipping fees will be sent via email before it can be mailed to the corrected address.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
